Shipping Policy
Your order will be shipped within 7 days of receiving within standard working hours. We try to ship out quicker, but sometimes crazy things happen in life. We're a small business, so we appreciate your understanding if your shipment takes a little longer.
Shipments to the lower 48 states within the continental U.S. have flat fee of $10 for any orders up to $150. Shipping is free above $150. Shipments to the extended U.S. states and territories have shipping fees that correspond to the dollar value of the order.
We do our best to re-use and recycle, so your order will arrive in a box that has a few miles on it and any packaging materials inside is on its second journey as well.
The Eclectic Woodchuck ships orders via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. We provide you with tracking information upon shipment so that you may monitor the status of your package. If a package is not received, it is the customer's responsibility to contact USPS or UPS to track the package. The Eclectic Woodchuck is not responsible for any lost packages.
International Shipments
The fees to ship overseas read something like a tax code, so we're in the process of adding regions and rates, but it'll take some time. We DO ship internationally. Please contact us at eclecticwoodchuc@gmail.com with the items you are interested in and the shipping address. We'll pack up the box and give you an estimate of shipping costs.
Return Policy
At The Eclectic Woodchuck, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We provide you with 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return your item if not completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your items for a full refund (including sales tax) or exchange, less shipping charges, with no questions asked. We do not charge any restocking fees or extra charges on returned or exchanged items, but ADVANCE NOTICE IS REQUIRED. Please email info@silkroadmkt.com to advise of a return. Exchanges are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS depending on weight and region to ensure the costs are as low as possible. Shipping charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact us at eclecticwoodchuck@gmail.com to discuss a return.
If your item arrives damaged in shipment, we will work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible. Item must be kept for possible inspection by carrrier, so please do not destroy the item, but contact eclecticwoodchuck@gmail.com for details on how to proceed. Please reference your order number on all correspondence.
